1. Who we are

GrowthHive is a multi-tenant marketing and CRM platform that lets teams manage social media channels, advertising campaigns, leads and sales pipelines in one workspace. This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email address and authentication details you provide when registering or signing in with Google.
• Workspace content — companies, contacts, leads, deals, tasks, campaigns and scheduled posts you create inside GrowthHive.
• Connected platform data — when you authorize a social or ad platform (for example Meta/Instagram), we receive access tokens and the profile, publishing and insight data those permissions allow.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure and debug the service.

3. How we use information

We use your data to operate your workspace, publish and schedule content you request, synchronise metrics from connected platforms, produce analytics and reports, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data.

4. Platform tokens

Access tokens issued by third-party platforms are encrypted at rest and stored server-side only. They are never exposed to browsers and are used solely to perform the actions you have authorized. Revoking access in GrowthHive or in the platform's own settings deletes the stored token.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that host and run the service, and with the platforms you explicitly connect. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can request removal at any time through our data deletion page.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@growthhive.snowmoon.live.
