Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a GrowthHive workspace or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use GrowthHive on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of members you invite to your workspace. Each workspace is isolated; you may only access data in workspaces you belong to.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content.
• Do not use GrowthHive to send unsolicited bulk messages or scrape third parties.
• Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, rate limits or platform security.
• Comply with the terms of every social or advertising platform you connect.

4. Connected platforms

GrowthHive acts on connected accounts only within the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or data limits imposed by those platforms. You may revoke access at any time.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and customer data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

7. Availability

We work to keep GrowthHive available and secure but provide the service "as is" without warranties. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt access.

8. Termination

You may stop using GrowthHive at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the platform or other customers.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
